At IMADA, we offer a "Sample Testing Service", with the intention of providing our customers with the best possible force measurement. We accept samples and perform trial measurements to ensure compatibility with the selected model. Additionally, we provide suggestions on the optimal measurement methods and product configurations. The results of the measurements will be reported in a simplified report format. We will also share the measurement conditions and data, which can be useful for internal decision-making regarding implementation.

Please fill out the "Contact Form" with details about the measurement object and testing requirements, and submit your inquiry. We will review the feasibility of conducting the trial measurement at IMADA and contact you accordingly.

Regarding the shipping address and timing of the shipment, our representative will provide you with instructions. Please send the measurement object accordingly.

Once we receive the sample, we will conduct the trial measurement at our company. We will provide a report detailing the measurement results and the product configuration used during the measurement. If necessary, we can also make recommendations for the optimal product configuration and load range. Additionally, we offer the option of conducting demonstration measurements either at our laboratory or online for interested individuals.

Notes

Depending on the sample and measurement requirements, there may be cases where we cannot accept sample measurements (such as incompatible load values or samples with associated risks). Please contact us to inquire about the feasibility of conducting the trial measurement.
This service is for model verification and selection for product introduction. We are unable to accommodate large-scale sample measurements.
If you require an official report using calibrated measuring instruments, please consider our commission testing service.
If necessary, we can enter into a confidentiality agreement. Please consult with us.
The time frame from sample arrival to report submission is typically around two weeks. However, it may take more than two weeks depending on the volume of requests we receive.
