Flip Cap Opening Test

Opening Force

This flip cap opening test measures the force to open the lid (hinge cap) of the seasoning bottle. It can be used for various hinge cap type containers, and the same opening force measurement can be performed for various resin caps such as disinfectant, gel bottles, cosmetic bottles, and tube type containers including hand cream and toothpaste. This hinge cap opening force test jig is designed to eliminate troublesome position adjustment with a movable hook, and allows efficient measurement even when inspecting a large number of samples.
