In-house Calibration

Force gauges and torque gauges may be considered as quality monitoring tools covered by ISO 9001, and it is extremely important to maintain the accuracy of their measurements.

Therefore, while it is important to regularly request calibration from the manufacturer or a calibration organization, it is also essential for customers to perform in-house calibration to enable the early detection of unusual irregularities in the measurements. Even if it is a simple method, performing it daily is significant for risk management.

Compression Calibration Kit

IMADA offers calibration kit to calibrate the compression load of IMADA force gauges. The calibration plate with low error is designed to put on the weight and be also used as a weight. For instance, the error of 5N plate is ±0.00074N. It can be utilized for daily check and in-house calibrations.
